I confirm that to the best of my knowledge and belief the above details are true and correct at time of completion and that I will be able to meet the rental payments of the property that I am applying for. I hereby authorize the agent to seek references from those named above and to make whatever further enquiries and credit checks he/she deems necessary to confirm my identity and good standing, and to contact those listed above as my employer, proposed guarantor and referees in respect to my application. I understand that I can request the names of any credit reference agencies used by the landlord so that I may verify the information held about myself, but also that should I default on any tenancy agreement I enter into with the landlord, the information contained in this application may be released to authorized credit recovery agencies.
Note: Knowingly or recklessly making false statements to a landlord in order to obtain a tenancy are legal grounds for ending that tenancy. Once the application fees have been paid should you withdraw from the application, your fee will not be refunded. Any false details supplied that results in further charges for referencing will be charged to the tenant. Please ensure that the details you provide are correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The process of moving into a property of Divine & Co.
In order to take the property off the market, we need a payment of £175 as a holding fee.
Once we have the references back (normally within we will contact you and arrange when you want to sign the contracts and the move-in date.
In order for us to release the keys, we would need a payment of one month’s rent (£750) and 5 weeks deposit (£865) to be registered in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Insurance Scheme. This needs to be in cleared funds.
A full inspection will be conducted on your moving in either by ourselves or the landlord and an up to date gas certificate will be left on the property for you.
